Xiao Bao Biscuit  - Asian Food -  Select dishes from China, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam prepared locally & inspired by kick-ass grandmothers everywhere. Menu changes seasonally, with rotating daily specials and family style dinner service.

 

Xiao Bao is named after co-owner Duolan Li and is originally inspired by our seven month honeymoon throughout Asia in 2009. Biscuit represents the South, working with great people here - local farmers & fisherman - & reconnecting to the idea of comfort food from our childhoods.

We are building on our Nashville home at 830 Meridian Street and currently serving food at The Dive Motel on Dickerson Pike in East Nashville from Thursday - Sunday 5pm -11pm.

PAD KRA POW
Thai style minced beef, green beans, chili and basil over rice with sunny side up farm egg ** gluten free option available

 mAPO Dou fu* Spicy Classic Sichuan pork + tofu dish with broad bean & chili oil, short grain rice  add greens * can be made vegan for the bold but be warned it’s extra spicy + salty without pork so add greens !
